Shopify demo store

A Shopify app company with thousands of merchants was about to launch a new app. Sales and onboarding needed to show it in context: not slides or mockups, but a real store with working product pages, cart and checkout. There wasn't one.

I owned the store end to end: theme, catalog, collections, copy, checkout and app integration, so every new feature could be shown live. Years of working inside Shopify stores let me skip the usual ramp-up.

A complete, polished demo store with the app configured and visible across the whole customer journey. The team uses it for sales calls, onboarding sessions and internal QA.
