Bulk Services for Cowlendar
Designed and prototyped a 5-step wizard that lets merchants create many services at once, after spotting the pattern in months of support tickets.

Problem
Merchants on Cowlendar, a booking app for Shopify, had to create services one at a time. For businesses with bigger catalogs (salons, studios, clinics) that meant dozens of repetitive steps. The pattern kept showing up in support tickets, and it was hurting onboarding completion.
Approach
I turned that support pattern into a concrete product proposal, then went a step further: I built a working prototype in Next.js, with help from Claude, to validate the UX before pitching it to the CTO. I wanted to bring evidence that worked, not a mockup.

- Set availability once and apply it to all

Solution
A live prototype that creates services through the Shopify Admin API and runs the full flow with real data and real constraints.
Results
- Validated with the CTO using working evidence, not mockups.
- The feature made it onto the roadmap.
- The conversation moved from "can we build this?" to "how do we ship it?".
